(BRE #01526582) in Garden Grove, California.   Gerald has been an active real estate notes investor since 2007.  Gerald purchases & manages both 1st and 2nd mortgage notes across the USA.  He provides management and advisory services to other notes investors which include due diligence, workout strategies, and partnership opportunities.  He is a frequent speaker at several real estate note investing seminars throughout the US.

Divina is the owner and broker of Cadiz Insurance & Financial Services  (CA  Lic. #0F19412) based in Irvine. California.   Divina has been an insurance broker and financial advisor for ten-plus years with demonstrated track records of superior product knowledge.  Skilled in Medicare Part D, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Group Insurance, Term Life Insurance, Universal Life Insurance, and Whole Life. Strong sales professional graduated from Northwestern University with a Juris Doctor degree. 

Victor is an independent mortgage consultant (NMLS ID:554905 ) based in Irvine, California.   Victor has ten-plus years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator and a Realtor and is knowledgeable in all facets of real estate lending.  He is instrumental and committed to help certain disadvantaged borrower groups who deserve credit but do not fit the conventional lending box, a market segment that's often underserved.  Victor assists his clients by identifying different financing solutions with options for both owner-occupied and non-owner-occupied to fund their residential property refinances or purchases.
